Does anyone have suggestions for suitable material to use for hand-painted double-sided outdoor banners? In the past we have had artists hand-paint their original designs on enamel-receptive vinyl (16 oz) that contained blockout material in the center to keep the design from showing through to the opposite side. My banner supplier tells me that this material is no longer available, and that there is no equivalent canvas material either (other than to stitch two pieces together after they have been painted).
Does anyone have any suggestions? Since my supplier is a sign-maker, not an artist, I'm hoping there will be options that he is not aware of. Thanks for any assistance you may have. |
