I FIND IT DIFFICULT TO MEET OTHER ARTISTS UNLESS I AM IN AN ART CLASS OF SOME SORT. ,... THEN IT SEEMS THAT 80% OF THE STUDENTS ARE ALWAYS FEMALE. ARE THERE ANY MALE, SINGLE , ARTIST OUT THERE ???? I WOULD PREFER TO MARRY AN ARTIST AND SHARE THAT BOND OF ART / AND PAINTING TOGETHER !! ONLY ANOTHER ARTIST REALLY UNDERSTANDS THE ART WORLD .

speaking as a married woman to a non artist...i understand what you are wishing...but sometimes same types dont make good matches because the competition between the two in the same area divides and destroys the relationship....

i cant remember the name of the artist couple, but everything was fine till her work began taking off and she began to get more inquiries than he....he was considered the father of minimalism....and how did this end? they tried him for tossing her out his bedroom window and killing her.....oh he got off....but then? no one will ever know if he was guilty or not...
point being? i am not sure of your age....but if your art is a serious part of your life and future career..concentrating on that? delving deep into the art world....will have you rub shoulders with all types...and sometimes young men? are NOT the answer...~wink~...

any woman who searches for a mate, needs to do things they love, find new ways to be involved with that, in this case art....volunteer to gallery sit...and meet and greet...~ wink~
