I am creating an oil painting studio in my home. Please advise as to what color to paint the walls and ceiling and what type lighting you recommend (other than the natural window light).

Your question interests me because I, too, am in the planning process of building an art studio on my property. I have heard particularly from portrait painters that a neutral grayish green is their color of choice. You might be interested to see my blog posts on building an art studio.
