The day before I had to put my best friend "down", I was struck in the back by a truck. I have been looking in my local malls for an pastel artist to do a portrait of my beloved and very missed "teddy bear".

My question is; does anyone know where I can get one done inexpensively, since I am now on disability and out of work.

I would really appreciate any and all help that you could give me.
